Mr. Topolewski graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. While there, Mr. Topolewski was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society for Economics, in recognition of his scholastic achievement.
Mr. Topolewski graduated law school from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Mr. Topolewski graduated cum laude finishing in the top 25% of his class. While there, Mr. Topolewski was active in the school’s advocacy program graduating with a certificate in advocacy and being elected to the highly competitive Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Team two straight years. Mr. Topolewski also externed with the Honoroable Judge Morton Denlow of the Northern District of Illinois during his tenure at Loyola.
In addition, Mr. Topolewski is an accomplished writer. Mr. Topolewski co-wrote a casenote with a John Marshall Law School Adjunct Professor entitled “The Emerald Casino Fiasco” published in the Summer 2007 John Marshall Law Review. He was also given the CALI award for achieving the highest grade in his Legal Writing II course.
Prior to joining the Ankin Law Office LLC as an attorney, Mr. Topolewski clerked for the firm throughout law school. Mr. Topolewski’s practice focuses on various aspects of civil tort litigation including premises liability and general negligence as well as social security disability law.
